1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are normally processed within  1-3 business days. Processing times may increase during the holiday season to 5-7 business days. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days during off-peak seasons.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being submitted by emailing us as info@andreastellgant.com.

  1. Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on printed merchandise (i.e. mugs & canvas) unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit. Request the return within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise by emailing info@andreastellgant.com.

5. What is your Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is our command. If you receive a defective product, we will make it perfect for you. It generally relates to broken or damaged pieces. For Canvas, it includes any manufacturer’s defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches, or fading. If this occurs, we will either replace your canvas print or fix it at our cost.

Returns Procedure: Customer needs to send us the email of the pictures of the damaged product at info@andreastellgant.com. The pictures will be reviewed within 24 hours and you will be contacted via email of the next step

Refund Method: The refund shall be issued on their card or PayPal from which order was paid for and is generally done within 7 business days.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: We will pay for the return shipping costs of defective items only.
